2. Mandatory Bid Requirements
All interested suppliers must meet the following criteria and submit the required documents:
- Renewed Trade License for the 2017/18 E.C. (Ethiopian Calendar) fiscal year.
- Tax Clearance Certificate (valid at the time of bid submission).
- Taxpayer Registration Certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
- Bid Security: Not less than Birr 5,000.00 for the Purchase of Half Glass Filing Cabinet.
- The Bid Security must be in the form of a certified cheque, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, or cash deposited against receipt. Insurance bonds or any other forms are NOT acceptable.
3. Submission and Document Collection
- Document Collection: A complete set of Bidding Documents should be collected from The Carter Center Ethiopia 1st floor Logistic Office on working days.
- Submission: Bids must be WAX sealed in an envelope and delivered to the logistics office, deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Country office Logistic department before the closing date.
