📝 Shortlisting Criteria for Consultants

Interested consulting firms must provide information demonstrating the following qualifications and relevant experience. The shortlisting criteria focus on the firm itself, not the individual key experts:

• Core Business and Years in Business: The firm’s main area of operation and how long it has been established.
• Relevant Experience: Previous projects or assignments related to ESG Policy Development and implementation tools.
• Technical & Managerial Capability of the Firm: The overall capacity of the firm to handle the assignment.

Note: The Qualifications and Experience of Key Experts shall not be included at this shortlisting stage.

🤝 Association and Joint Ventures

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications. They must clearly indicate whether the association is a Joint Venture (JV) or a Sub-Consultancy. In the case of a JV, all partners will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract if selected.
