✅ Mandatory Technical & Legal Requirements
Consultancy firms must satisfy the following minimum criteria to be eligible:
I. Firm Experience & Expertise (Technical)
- Firm Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate law, business restructuring, and tax advisory services within Ethiopia.
- Lead Consultant: Must possess an advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge: Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of the Ethiopian Commercial Code, tax laws, and the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation.
- Team Composition: The proposed team must include a mix of legal, financial, and business management expertise.
II. Legal Documentation
- Registration: Must be a legally registered entity.
- Documentation: Provide copies of a renewed business license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, and any other relevant professional certifications.
📦 Application and Submission Procedure
- Obtain ToR: Purchase the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) with the non-refundable fee of 300 ETB from the SCV office.
- Prepare Proposals: Submit the Technical and Financial proposals in separate and sealed envelopes.
- Submission: Deliver the proposals in person to Selam Children’s Village, Kotebe Near Hana Mariam Church, before the deadline.
