✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Document Purchase: Pay the non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 into a Rammis Bank FINFINE Branch account and present a copy of the credit advice ticket.
- Legal Documents: Submit copies of a renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate with the bid document.
- Bid Security (Bid Bond): Must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O), payable to Rammis Bank S.C., for the specific amount required for each lot.
- Submission: The sealed bid document must be placed in the designated box on or before the closing time.
Note: Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
