Bid Security: Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Submission Format (Two Envelopes): The bid shall be submitted in two separate envelopes (Technical and Financial) with a detailed description.
Copies: Each envelope must contain one “Original” and one “copy”, clearly marked.
Delivery: The bid must be delivered in person to EthSwitch S.C. on or before the closing deadline. Late bids will be rejected.
