I. Technical & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience in producing documentary films, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
- Quality: Ability to deliver high-quality video storytelling (scripting, filming, editing, subtitling).
- Capacity: Capability to include graphics, data visualization, and English subtitles for Amharic interviews.
- Sector Work: Experience working with CSOs and INGOs.
- Logistics: Ability to travel to the Amhara Region (Guna Begemidir and Farta woredas) with own logistics coverage.
- Compliance: Capacity to meet the specified timeline and quality standards.
II. Legal Documents
