- Submission Deadline: November 24, 2025 up to 11:00 AM (Local time).
- Price Validity: Prices quoted shall remain valid for 90 days starting from the financial bid document opening date.
✅ Mandatory Eligibility and Financial Requirements
- Bid Document Purchase:
- Fee: Non-returnable fee of Birr 300 (including 15% VAT).
- Location for Purchase: Hijra Bank S.C Olympia Square Nejashi branch (in cash).
- Location for Collection: Office of Facility and Supply management (Olympia square road to Bambis, 1st floor new building next to Hijra Bank).
- Eligibility Documents (Copies Required):
- Renewed Trade License.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Tax Clearance.
- TIN Certificate.
- FDRE Registration Supplier List.
- Bid Security (Bid Bond):
- Amount: ETB 200,000.00.
- Form: CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Hijra Bank.
- Validity: Must be valid for 120 days.
- Submission: Must be in a separate envelope attached with the Technical Part of the bid document.
- Currency & Forex: The bank will not facilitate foreign currency approval or LC. Quotations must be in Ethiopian Birr, and any required foreign currency must be sourced by the bidder.
📦 Proposal Submission Format
- Documents: Submit one original (marked “ORIGINAL”) and one copy (marked “COPY”). In case of discrepancy, the Original will prevail.
- Sealing: Each original and copy envelope shall be separately signed and sealed. Then, both must be enclosed in one large outer envelope sealed and clearly marked with the bid name (“Bid document for Delivery of Different Office Furniture”).
- Location for Submission/Opening: Hijra Bank Facility and Supply management office, Olympia square road to Bambis new building next to Hijra Bank Building on 1st floor.
