π Bidding Requirements
- Document Purchase:
- Fee: Non-refundable amount of ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) for each bid.
- Payment: Deposit into CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
- Collection: Collect the bidding document from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First floor, office No. 25.
- Eligibility Documents: Bidders must present copies of:
- Renewed Trade License for the most current year.
- Registration Certificate.
- Tax Identification (TIN) & VAT Registration Certificates.
- Other necessary documents (including the specific professional license for Bid 1).
- Bid Security (Bid Bond):
- Amount: 2% of the bid offer.
- Form: CPO only.
- Validity: Must be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
- Proposal Submission Format:
- Three separate sealed envelopes: 1. FINANCIAL OFFER (Original), 2. FINANCIAL OFFER (Copy), and 3. TECHNICAL OFFER.
- The CPO must be in a separate fourth envelope.
- The four envelopes (Technical, Financial Original, Financial Copy, and CPO) must then be stamped, wax-sealed, and signed in a single outer envelope addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
