The audit will cover the financial records for three consecutive years, starting with the year ending December 31, 2025, and concluding with the year ending December 31, 2027. |

Auditor’s Responsibilities:
- Auditing the financial books as per the agreed-upon procedures and providing audit reports.
- Providing a Management Letter and Recommendations on key reportable findings.
✅ Requirements for Bidders
Bidders must submit copies of the following documents with their sealed proposals:
- Profile of the audit firm.
- Qualification and experience of the audit firm.
- A copy of the Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) or a competent authority.
- A copy of the renewed business license and TIN certificate.
⭐ Desirable Experience
Firms with the following specific experience are highly desirable and should highlight this expertise:
- Prior experience in auditing projects funded by Digni (Norwegian mission and aid organizations umbrella).
- Prior experience in auditing projects co-funded by the European Union (EU).
