📜 Bid Submission Requirements
- Bidding Document: Purchase the complete set of bidding documents by depositing a non-refundable payment of ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) to CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society. Collect the document from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division (First floor, Office No. 25).
- Mandatory Documents: Present copies of the following:
- Renewed Trade License for the year 2017 E.C.
- Registration Certificate.
- Tax Identification (TIN) & VAT Registration Certificates.
- Other necessary documents.
- Bid Security (Bid Bond): Submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the bid offer.
- Form: Must be in the form of a CPO only.
- Validity: Must be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the bid validity period.
- Envelope Sealing: The submission must be organized into four separate sealed envelopes, all enclosed in a fifth outer envelope:
- Envelope 1: FINANCIAL OFFER (labelled ORIGINAL).
- Envelope 2: FINANCIAL OFFER (labelled COPY).
- Envelope 3: TECHNICAL OFFER (clearly labelled).
- Envelope 4: CPO (Bid Security).
- Outer Envelope: Must be stamped, wax-sealed, and signed, addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
