1. Documents Required:

• Financial Offer: Must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) and submitted separately.

• Technical Specification: Must include a detailed description of the material and be submitted separately.

• Warranty Period: The supplier must explicitly specify the length of the warranty provided.

• Legal Documents (Copy Required): TIN, VAT, renewed business license, and Registration certificate.

2. Submission Format:

• The offer must be submitted in English.

• Technical Specification and Financial Offer must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

• Legal documents must NOT be submitted as part of the technical specification.

• Offers must be placed in a sealed and stamped envelope labeled to Kepler’s office.

• The validity date of the offer should be at least 30 days.

3. Financial & Delivery Terms:

• Delivery Time: Must be 7 working days after the official order is given.

• Payment: Payment will be settled after delivery and presentation of a valid invoice.
