1. Proposal Submission:

   • The technical specification and financial offer must be submitted separately in a sealed and stamped envelope.

   • The envelope must include the expression of interest, expected financial offer, legal documents, and specified delivery period.

   • Submissions are accepted from Monday through Friday until 4 p.m. at Kepler’s office.

   • A receipt must be issued and signed by both parties upon submission.

2. Mandatory Documents:

   • Copy of TIN certificate.

   • Copy of VAT certificate.

   • Copy of Renewed business license and Registration.

3. Financial & Warranty:

   • Financial offers should be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr).

   • Offer validity must be at least 30 days.

   • The supplier must specify the warranty period provided.

4. Delivery & Payment:

   • Delivery Time: Should be 7 working days after the official order is given.

   • Payment: Should be settled after delivery and presentation of a valid invoice.
