📜 Submission Requirements

1. Bid Security: 50,000 ETB in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO in the name of Farm Africa.

   • The Bid Security must remain valid for 30 calendar days. Insurance bonds are not acceptable.

2. Proposal Submission: Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in two separate, sealed folders duly marked with the lot description.

3. Required Documents: Bidders must submit all valid legal documents, including copies of:

   • Renewed Trade License.

   • Registration certificate.

   • TIN certificate.

   • VAT/TOT certificates.

   • Valid Tax Clearance Papers.

4. Pricing: Bidders shall clearly state their unit price and total price, including VAT/TOT in ETB.

5. Personnel: Bidders who wish to participate shall submit the required key personnel documentation.

• The technical bid documents will be opened first.

• Only contractors who successfully pass the technical evaluation will be considered for the financial evaluation.

• Technically qualified bidders will be notified via email with details of the financial bid opening.
