Interested external auditors must fulfill the following criteria:

• Licensing: Possessing a valid professional and trade license.

• Tax Compliance: Possessing VAT registration and a TIN certificate.

• Professional Renewal: Having a renewed professional license from AABE (Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia).

• Experience & Speed:

  • Having adequate experience in NGO auditing.

  • Ability to submit the complete audit report within 10 days of starting the audit.

📝 Proposal Submission

• Audit firms meeting the criteria must submit both their Technical and Financial proposals (in the same submission).
