📜 Supply Requirements and Conditions

 

Condition Details
Product Quality Fuel products must comply with Ethiopian fuel quality specifications.
Delivery Schedule 50,000 liters per month (25,000 liters per two weeks). The schedule is continuous for 12 months.
Delivery Location Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-city, Sierra Leone Street (around Meshuwalekiya).
Pricing Structure Prices must remain unchanged during the agreement life, except when the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration or another competent Government Authority establishes a price change (including transport tariff).
Pricing Basis The vendor must supply at an aerial price stated by the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration for each delivery location.

💰 Payment Terms

 

Term Details
Standard Payment Upon delivery.
Advance Payment 30% advance payment for each delivery can be paid. This requires the supplier to provide an Unconditional Bank Guaranty/CPO of equivalent amount. The advance will be fully installed (deducted) before the total payment for the delivery is finalized.
