• Registration Certificate

📦 Bid Submission Procedure (Three-Envelope System)

Proposals must be submitted in a specific sealed envelope structure:

1. Technical Offer: Must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled as “Technical Offer.”

2. Financial Offer (Original): Must be produced in a separate sealed envelope labeled as “Original.”
