📜 Minimum Prequalification Criteria
Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

Legal Documents: Submit clear copies of:

Renewed business license.

TIN and VAT registration certificates.

Current tax clearance certificate.
-
EFDA Certificate of Competence and EFDA Import Permit (for regulated items only).

Experience: Have a minimum of five years’ work experience in the supply of WaSH Items, PPE, Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies.

Price Validity: Willing to submit a price quote validity for 30 days.

Document Format: Willing to submit financial and technical documents in separate PDF files.
