The Water and Land Resource Center (WLRC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the purchase of specific Samsung tablets.

Note: If the closing and opening date falls on a public holiday, the event will be held on the next working day at the same time and venue. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the WLRC Conference Room, Addis Ababa.

💰 Financial and Legal Requirements

1. Bidding Document Fee (Non-refundable): ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr).

2. Document Acquisition: Documents can be purchased from the WLRC Procurement and Properties Administration Unit, 1st Floor.

3. Bid Security (Bid Bond):

   • Amount: Equal to 2% of the total bid amount.

   • Form: CPO only.

   • Validity: Must be valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

4. Legal Documents (Valid and renewed):

   • Trade License for the year 2017 E.C.

   • Business Registration Certificate

   • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

   • VAT Registration Certificate

   • Current Tax Clearance Certificate

   • Any other relevant supporting documents

✉️ Submission Procedure (Four-Envelope System)

The bid documents must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes, plus a separate bid security, all enclosed within a single outer envelope:
