1. Obtaining Bid Document

2. Mandatory Registration

• VAT Registration Certificate.

• TIN Certificate.

4. Bid Security (Bid Bond)

• Form: Unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO).

• Validity: Must be valid for at least 120 days upon submission of proposal.

5. Submission Format

• Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate sealed envelopes.

• Each envelope must contain duplicate copies labeled as original and copy.
