1. Bidding Document Fee (Non-refundable): Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each Lot.

2. Document Acquisition Location: Procurement and Material Planning Department, EIC Head office building, 1st floor, room No. 108.

3. Bid Security: Must be submitted for each lot separately in the form of CPO or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee.

   • Validity: Security must be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal.

4. Eligibility (Required Documents): Bidders must have:

   • Renewed Supplier License

   • Current registration by the Ministry of Trade and Industry

   • Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration

   • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

   • Tax Clearance
