💰 Financial and Legal Requirements

  1. Bidding Document Fee (Non-refundable): Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each Lot.

  2. Payment Method: Deposit to Account Number 01540000544500 at any Awash Bank Branch. If paid via Awash Birr, transaction confirmation (screenshot or downloaded) must be presented.

  3. Bid Security Form: Must be in the form of an Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other than the purchaser’s Bank or a Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank.

  4. Eligibility (Required Documents): Copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration.
