SNV Netherlands Development Organisation invites eligible and competitive bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Annual Audit services for three projects under a single bid requirement.

📜 Bidding Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Mandatory Scope: Bidders must submit proposals for all three lots. Partial bidding will lead to rejection.

  2. Offer Validity: All bid prices should be valid for 90 days.

  3. Submission Format: Both technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes, duly signed and stamped.

  4. Technical Specification: Technical specifications should be complete (including technical data sheet, brochures, etc.).

  5. Required Documents: Bidders must furnish the following relevant document copies:

    • Properly licensed to practice public accounting as a CPA firm or international equivalent.

    • Properly renewed license and updated license from the regulatory body responsible for licensing accounting and auditing professionals AABE (for Ethiopian bidders).

    • Registration documents.

    • VAT registration certificates.

    • Valid trading license.
