📝 Submission Requirements & Format
Bidders must follow a Three-Envelope System:

Envelope 1 (Technical): One original and one copy of the technical proposal + Photocopy of a valid/renewed business license.

Envelope 2 (Financial & Security): Financial proposal and the 2% bid security.

Envelope 3 (Outer): A sealed envelope containing both Envelopes 1 and 2, marked:
“WATER WELL DRILLING, DEVELOPING, CONSTRUCTION AT AYERTENA B+G+4+T”
🛠️ Eligibility & Obligations

Business License: Bidders must provide a currently renewed and valid business license.

Site Visit: Bidders are highly encouraged to visit and examine the project site at their own responsibility and cost.

Late Bids: Submissions received after 2:00 PM on the deadline will not be considered.
