ASDEPO, a registered Ethiopian humanitarian organization, is seeking an eligible and technically competent audit firm to audit its 2025 financial statements in compliance with IPSAS, ACSO, and AABE requirements.

📋 Scope of Work

• Financial Audit: Audit the FY2025 financial statements and supporting documents.

• Standards: Conduct the audit according to International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

• Location: Based at the Addis Ababa Head Office (project site visits may be facilitated upon request).

• Reporting: Provide an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements and submit a final audit report.

• ✅ Experience: Evidence of previous audit service for similar NGOs/CSOs.

• ✅ Timeline: Proposed duration of the audit and final report submission date.

Financial Proposal

• ✅ Detailed audit service fee (clearly indicating VAT).
