⛺ NCA: Shelter Materials Procurement

Ref Numbers: NCA-PS-004-2025 (Plastic Sheets) & NCA-EWP-005-25 (Eucalyptus Poles)

NCA is seeking qualified suppliers to provide essential shelter materials. The objective is to ensure high-quality supplies and cost efficiency for their project sites.

📋 Scope of Supply

• Plastic Sheets (Ref: NCA-PS-004-2025)

• Eucalyptus Wooden Poles of different sizes (Ref: NCA-EWP-005-2025)

• Delivery Point: Financial proposals must include transportation costs to Debre Berhan Town.

📝 Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements

To avoid automatic rejection, bidders must comply with the following:

• ✅ Official Document: Bidders must obtain the bidding document directly from NCA.

• ✅ NCA Template: Financial quotations must be submitted using the NCA price template.

• ✅ Legal Paperwork: Valid trade license (2025/26 G.C.), VAT registration, and TIN certificate.

• ✅ Bid Bond: A security deposit of 2% of the total offer in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

• ✅ Experience: Proven track record in supplying plastic sheets and timber/poles.
