Addis Housing Cooperative Association (H. C. A.) has invited wax sealed bids compromising a Technical and Financial proposal from eligible bidders for providing the necessary labor, specific materials and equipment for the construction and completion of B+G+13 apartment building at Addis Ababa.

Project Type: Phased Construction Works

Contractor Category: * GC-IV (General Contractor Category 4) or above

Note: Submission must be on or before 15 calendar days from the first date of advertisement.

Bidders can obtain technical and financial documents via two methods:

Digital: Email a written application to addishousing22@gmail.com.
Hard Copy: Visit the temporary office at BMA Plaza, 2nd Floor, Office 203 (Gerji Imperial Road).
Payment: A non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500.00 is required.

Format: Separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial documents (One original and one copy).
Technical Hurdle: Bidders must score a minimum of 70% on technical criteria to proceed to the financial opening.
Financial Evaluation: The least expensive bidder among those who pass the technical hurdle will be considered the most responsive.
Location: Submit to Wabi-Shebelle Hotel (Mexico Area), Ground Floor, Small Meeting Hall.

Bid Bond: Birr 500,000.00 (Valid for 90 days). Forms accepted include Unconditional Bank Guarantee, Irrevocable LC, Cash, or CPO.
Performance Bond: The winning bidder must furnish 10% of the gross bid sum within 15 days of signing the contract.

Bidders must provide evidence in the bid data sheet regarding:

✅ Past Performance: Certificates of satisfactory execution of previous similar projects.
