Oxfam Ethiopia, an international NGO dedicated to humanitarian and long-term development since the 1960s, is currently implementing vital programs in WASH, Emergency Food Security (EFSVL), and Gender & Protection. We are seeking competent service providers to support our mission in crisis-affected areas.

1. Scope of Service

2. Collection of Bid Documents

Interested applicants can collect the full RFQ and Technical Documents (TOR) starting from:

3. Submission Guidelines

Applicants must carefully review the TOR and timetable before submission.

• Requirement: Submit Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.

• Deadline: March 16, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

• Oxfam reserves the right to:

  • Not award a contract as a result of this invitation.
