The Ethiopian Railways Corporation (ERC) invites eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of various laboratory, ICT, and safety items. Bidders are permitted to compete for one or more lots.

2. Important Deadlines

Submission Deadline: Monday, April 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Bid Validity: 60 calendar days from opening.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for Eligibility, Technical, and Financial proposals. Required documents include:

Renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C.

VAT, TIN, and Valid Tax Clearance Certificates.

Proof of registration on the FPPA Suppliers List.

Crucial: A copy of the purchase receipt for the tender document.
4. How to Apply

Purchase Document: Visit ERC Headquarters, Office No. 32 (Cashier’s Office).

Fee: Non-refundable Birr 500.00.

Submission: Deliver sealed bids to the hall at the back of the staff lounge, ERC Headquarters.
