2. Mandatory Qualification Criteria
Submissions must be comprehensive and organized in the following chronological order:

Company Profile: Detailed profile including registered address, functional email, phone numbers, and a dedicated point of contact.

Legal Documentation: Evidence of valid and active Business License, TIN, and VAT certificates.

Tax Compliance: Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025).

Track Record: Verifiable evidence of at least 10 similar jobs successfully executed (attach copies of Contracts/POs, Delivery Notes, and Invoices).

Recommendations: Letters from at least three (3) reputable organizations attesting to satisfactory performance (must correlate with the 10 jobs listed above).

Technical Authorizations (For IT): Official dealership or OEM authorization letters (e.g., Partner ID for HP, Dell, Cisco).
