Project: Financial Audit for 3 Consecutive Fiscal Years (Starting FY ending June 30, 2026)

1. Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for this bid, audit firms must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Professional Licensing: Must be a qualified audit firm with a valid and active license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

• Compliance Standards: Capability to audit year-end accounts in accordance with:

  1. International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

  2. Requirements of the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO).
