For an operation in Mekelle, CRS is likely looking for a partner who can manage the entire fuel lifecycle to ensure “last-mile” delivery for humanitarian vehicles.

The bid likely requires details on:

• Storage Capacity: The volume of fuel (Diesel/Petrol) that can be safely stored on-site.

• Rental Terms: Infrastructure availability (pumps, tanks, and office space at the station).

• Supply Reliability: Contingency plans for maintaining fuel flow during supply chain disruptions in the region.
