2. Site Visit Details
Before placing your bid, you must inspect the containers to understand their physical condition.

Location: Gerji area, behind the NOC Fuel Station (Oxfam Warehouse).

Access: Open for inspection only on the dates listed above.
3. Bid Requirements & Eligibility
Oxfam accepts bids from both firms and individual bidders. Your sealed envelope marked “Sale of Used Containers” must include:

Price Offer: A single lump sum amount for all 9 containers.

Identification: * Firms: Valid Business License & TIN.

Bid Security: A 2% CPO of your total offer amount.
4. Document Collection & Payment
To obtain the official TOR (Terms of Reference) and bidding documents:

Payment: Pay a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.

Pickup: Bring the original bank deposit slip to the Oxfam Office.

5. Important Notices

Lump Sum Only: You cannot bid for individual containers; the offer must cover the entire lot of nine.
