INVITATION TO BID: EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Audit Period: January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Target: Qualified and Eligible Ethiopian Audit Firms.

1. Mandatory Documentation

Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical and financial proposal including:

• Legal Credentials: Renewed Professional & Business Licenses, TIN, and VAT certificates.

• Professional Standing: Certificate of Professional Competence and evidence of being Registered Certified Chartered Accountants.

• Experience: Firm profile demonstrating a track record of auditing similar NGOs/Charities as per ACSO (formerly ChSA) requirements.

• Staffing: CVs and classifications of the specific audit team to be assigned to this project.

• Project Plan: A clear schedule detailing the start date and completion date for the audit report.

2. Collection & Submission

• RFQ Collection: Interested firms can pick up the detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) starting from today at the REACH Ethiopia head office.

• Office Hours: Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

• Location: KT-12 Building, 5th Floor.

  • Area: Bole Sub-city, Woreda 02 (Wello Sefer).

  • Landmarks: In front of INSA, next to the Best Western Premier Hotel.

3. Strategic Note for Audit Firms

REACH Ethiopia often handles large-scale health projects (such as TB and Malaria prevention). Your Audit Plan should specifically mention your familiarity with IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards), as most Ethiopian NGOs have transitioned to this framework for their financial reporting.
