• Bid Bond: Must be a CPO or Bank Guarantee issued by a local bank (other than Awash Bank).

• Format: Proposals must be technically and commercially competitive.

• Compliance: Strict adherence to items 2–9 of the tender notice is mandatory; otherwise, the bid is automatically rejected.

5. Strategic Insight for IT Vendors

• Enterprise vs. Individual: For LOT-1, the bank is specifically asking for Enterprise licenses. This requires the Adobe Admin Console for centralized management. Ensure your proposal explains how you will help the Bank’s IT team manage user seats and cloud storage.

• Support Prowess: Banks prioritize uptime. For LOT-2 (Envato), focus on how you will handle the commercial licensing rights for the bank’s marketing assets to ensure they are legally protected.

• Partnership Status: If you are an Adobe Authorized Reseller, make sure to include your partner certificate. It significantly increases your “Technical Competence” score.
