1. Eligibility & Requirements

  • Local Preference: This tender is strictly open to local bidders only.

  • UNGM Registration: UNICEF encourages all bidders to register as a vendor on the United Nations Global Marketplace at www.ungm.org.

  • Core Competency: Demonstrated experience in Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), high-fidelity video/audio production, and national broadcasting networks.

4. Strategic Insight for Media Agencies

  • SBCC Methodology: UNICEF values data-driven communication. In your Technical Proposal, don’t just list your cameras and editors; explain how your content will change parental behavior and encourage school enrollment in remote areas.

  • Broadcast Reach: Since this involves “Broadcasting Services,” provide clear evidence of your partnerships with EBC, Fana, or regional state media, including specific airtime slots or reach metrics.

  • Scanning Quality: UNICEF explicitly mentions that scanned documents must be “clearly visible.” Avoid low-resolution mobile scans for your legal trade licenses.
