Bid Submission and Schedule

Mandatory Submission Guidelines

Requirement	Detail
Bid Security (Bid Bond)	2% of the bid offer, submitted as a CPO ONLY (as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet). The CPO must be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
Eligibility Documents	Valid Trade License, Registration Certificate, and Eligibility Certificate for the work.
Envelope Requirement	Four envelopes are required, all sealed, signed, and stamped:
	1. ORIGINAL Financial Offer (in a separate sealed envelope)
	2. COPY Financial Offer (in a separate sealed envelope)
	3. TECHNICAL OFFER (in a separate sealed envelope)
	4. Outer Envelope containing all three above envelopes, addressed to ERCS.
Multiple Bids	Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals for each lot they participate in.
Compliance	Failure to comply with conditions 2 to 7 (bid bond, envelope format, etc.) will result in automatic rejection.
Disclaimer	ERCS Amhara regional branch office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason.
