Participation and Submission Guidelines

 

Requirement Detail
Terms of Reference (ToR) Access 1. In-person: Register email at WAE reception (08:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM – 05:00 PM). 2. Online: Download from www.wateraid.org/et.
Bid Security (Bid Bond) 2% of the total fee, submitted as an original Bank Guarantee or CPO. Must be valid for at least three (3) months from the bid opening date.
Eligibility Documents Renewed Business License, Company Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate. These must be submitted with the Technical Proposal.
Proposal Format Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate, sealed envelopes, each marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. Each copy must be stamped and sealed. The original is considered final in case of discrepancy.
Envelope Identification Must clearly display the bidder’s name, address, legal stamp, and the reference number ICH/OB/25/R10/00018.
