2. Technical Documents: Original and Copy (must contain all legal and eligibility documents). |
| Envelope Labeling |
Each envelope must be clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”, stamped, and sealed. All documents are sealed within One Mother Envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name, address, legal stamp, and reference number. |
| Delivery Requirement |
The winning bidder must deliver the items within four days after the bid close out. |
| Partial Bid Policy |
No partial bid per item is allowed (bidders cannot bid in partial quantity for a single item). |
| Disqualification |
Submission of forged documents or indication of financial offers in the qualification (Technical) document will result in rejection and reporting to the concerned body. |
| FIDO Right |
FIDO reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in partial. |
