Bid Document Cost	A non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) for Each bid document purchased.
Bid Closing Time	15th consecutive calendar day at 2:00 PM
Technical Opening Time	15th consecutive calendar day at 2:30 PM (on the same day as closing).

Mandatory Submission Requirements

Condition	Detail
Bid Security (Bid Bond)	2% of the bid offer. Must be in the form of CPO ONLY (as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet) and submitted in a separate envelope. The CPO must be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
Proposal Format	Four envelopes are required, all sealed, signed, and stamped:

	2. COPY Financial Offer (Wax sealed and labeled)
	3. TECHNICAL OFFER (Separately sealed and clearly labeled)
	4. Outer Envelope containing all three envelopes, sealed, signed, and addressed to ERCS.
Compliance Warning	Failure to comply with the stated conditions (from No. 2 to 7) will result in an automatic rejection.
