Auditor Eligibility Requirements
Eligible bidders must be Chartered Certified Accountants and Auditors who are:
- Duly registered with the Civil Society Organizations Authority.
- Licensed by the Office of the Federal Auditor General to provide audit services in Ethiopia.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit their offer in separate sealed and stamped envelopes, with a complete package including:
1. Proposal Documents (Separately Sealed)
- Technical Proposal (clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”)
- Financial Proposal (clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”)
2. Mandatory Supporting Documents
The technical proposal envelope must include copies of the following:
- Renewed Trade License
- Business Registration License
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Professional Competency Certificates
- Proposed Timeframe for completing the audit engagement (must be clearly indicated).
