B. Mandatory Eligibility Documents

Bidders must present the following documents when collecting the bid papers:

✅ Copy of Renewed Trade License.
✅ Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
✅ Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
🚫 Must not have a poor performance history with previous CBE projects.

Form NOT Accepted: Any other form.
Validity: Must be valid for equal to or greater than 180 days (28 days beyond the end of the Bid Validity period).
