Interested eligible contractors must provide written application with original and neat copies of the following:
- ✅ Renewed & Relevant Business License for Fiscal Year 2017 E.C.
- ✅ Renewed Registration Certificate.
- ✅ VAT Registration Certificate.
- ✅ TIN Certificate.
- ✅ Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.
- ✅ Bid Security Bond of 100,000 CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee for each Lot.
- ✅ Must be a GC-6 / BC-5 and above Contractor.
