4. Mandatory Eligibility and Purchase Requirements

- Payment Method: Fee must be deposited in account at Rammis Bank Finfina Branch.
- Submission Requirements: Bidders must present the following documents when submitting the bid:

- VAT Registration Certificate
- TIN Certificate
- Copy of Credit Advice Ticket (for lot payment)
