Description

Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission (ECC-SDCO), invites qualified and licensed Audit Firms to submit proposals for the provision of audit services for a three-year period (2025–2027).

1. General Bid Overview

2. Key Deadlines and Schedule

Proposal Submission Period October 27–31, 2025 During working hours (to ECC-SDCO Office Reception Desk)
Bid Opening November 3, 2025 9:00 AM, in the presence of bidders or their representatives

Submission of Final Audit Report & Management Letter (for Board Approval) By February 28 of each year (2026, 2027, 2028) –
Submission to the General Assembly Mid-March of each year (2026, 2027, 2028) –

 

3. Mandatory Document Requirements

 

Interested and eligible firms are required to submit the following documents:

  • ✅ Company profile and renewed business license
  • ✅ Valid tax clearance certificate
  • ✅ Audit firm registration certificate from AABE (Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia)
  • ✅ Technical and financial proposals (As per TOR)
