4. Submission Instructions
- Number of Copies: One original and one copy of the bids must be submitted.
- Envelope System (Two-Stage on the Same Day):
- Envelope 1: “Qualification Application & Bid Security” (Sealed)
- Envelope 2: “Financial Bid” (Sealed)
- The two sealed envelopes must then be sealed within an outer envelope.
- Evaluation: Evaluation will be carried out in One Stage; Financial Bids and Technical qualification applications will be opened on the same day.
