3. Mandatory Requirements
Bidders must fulfill the following to be considered eligible:

ETB 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr). |

CPO or Bank Guarantee only, in the name of “Save the Children International”. |

Valid for at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission, and submitted in a separate sealed envelope. |
| Experience |
Proven work experience in supplying milking goats in Afar Region. Must submit at least three (3) work certificates/letters issued by the regional bureau of Livestock and Fish Resource Development and/or international NGOs confirming successful delivery of similar goat procurements. (SCI reserves the right to validate these documents). |
4. Proposal Submission Format
Tenders must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes as follows:
- Technical Proposal (Sealed envelope).
- Financial Proposal (Sealed envelope).
- Bid Security (Separate sealed envelope).
All envelopes must be properly sealed with an official company seal, and clearly marked with the bidder’s name, address, and the Tender Reference # (SCI-ET-2025-022) and title (Supply of Milking Goat in Afar region).
All sealed envelopes must then be submitted to the designated bid box at either the Addis Ababa Country Office or the Semera Field Office.
