• Submission/Opening Venue: The meeting hall on the ground floor.

3. Mandatory Requirements

1. Required Documents for Collection: Presenting a copy of the renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate is a must when collecting the bid document.
2. Bid Bond Form: The Earnest Money Deposit (Birr 1,000,000.00) must be in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.) only. Bid bond in any other form is not acceptable.
3. Submission: The EMD/Bid Bond must be submitted with the bidding document in a separate envelope before the closing deadline.
