Key Bid Instructions and Deadlines

Note: Any document received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected. Bids submitted to any email address other than $\text{ET-Procurement@jhpiego.org}$ will be rejected.

Minimum Prequalification Criteria

Interested bidders must be willing and able to fulfill the following requirements:

1. Submit clear copies of a renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and current tax clearance certificate.
2. Provide evidence of legal import authorization or approval (if applicable to the procurement).
3. Be willing to submit a price quote validity for 60 days.
4. Submit the financial and technical documents in separate PDF files.
