Submission and Document Requirements

1. Bid Document Fee: Bid documents can be obtained upon deposit of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred ETB) into Orbis Ethiopia’s United Bank Account # 1131810577203010.
2. Legal Documents: Bidders must submit their offers along with all the required legal documents (to be specified in the bid document).
3. Bid Security: The proposal must be accompanied by a bid security (form and amount to be specified in the bid document).
4. Submission: The bid proposal, in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to Orbis International Ethiopia and inserted into the bid box prepared for this purpose.
