3. Participation Rules (የሐራጅ ደንቦች)

Bid Bond (CPO): Bidders must bring a CPO for one-fourth (1/4th) of the starting price (approx. ETB 575,000).

Registration: Closes 15 minutes before the auction ends. No registrations are allowed in the final 15 minutes.

Final Payment: The winner must pay the remaining balance within 15 days of receiving the winner’s letter. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the CPO.

Additional Costs: The winner is responsible for 15% VAT, name transfer fees, and any other legally required taxes.
